Born at the conjoinment of the Thattasseril - Plalatharathara families at Chavara, Kollam (Dt.). Pursued knowledge in medicine and sports-related activities as guided by genetic consciousness. Gained primary instruction in the practice of Yoga and nature-centric living after completing foundational and technical education programs.
Following this, worked for extended periods of time in Gujarat to facilitate socio-cultural activities. Following extensive sojourns through the spiritual and cultural spaces of North India during the same period, channeled mainstream efforts to the enlivening the cultural vibrance of Kerala in 2004. Attained Shambhavi deeksha in the tantra-yoga traditions and gained knowledge of the foundational principles of traditional Indian medicine, as well as the secrets of medicine preparation from M. Sreekumar (Sreeguru), the disciple of Panavallil Sudheer Vaidyar, a yogi from the great Agasthya tradition.
Guruparampara extends through Vethiramana Hari Namboothiri, Vaikom Gopakumar to Anandamayi Bhairavi. The basic lessons of Kalari learned from Kozhikode Swami Gurukkal have expanded through Vyttila Gopi Ashan and Elamakkara Vinayan Ashan to evolve into an extensive Kalari-Vaidya tradition through the hands of Jose Mashu of the Punchakari James Kalari and several other Gurus with unknown names. Instruction in Marmashasthra was recieved from Ayiroor Kuttanpilla Ashan as well as a Yogi from Maruthvamala (Maruthuvazhmalai) whose name is unknown.
Undertook scientific awareness programs as a part of the Swadesi Shastra Prasthana from 2007. Served as the chief coordinator for Swadeshi Science Congress, Swashraya Bharath, World Ayurveda Congress (WAC), etc., and later, took up leadership of Ayurveda-centric activities under Vijnan Bharathi, that operate with Nagpur as headquarters.
Coordinated the World Ayurveda Congress conducted in Jaipur in 2008 and in Bangalore in 2010. Founded TPCV, a body of traditional ayuruveda practicioners in Kerala for the unification of research into traditional ayurveda as well as the National Ayurvedic Students and Youth Association (NASYA), the official body of Ayurveda doctors in India. Also served as the chief editor of the magazine 'Devahara', published from Ernakulam.
Moved away from the public scene by 2010 and took dedicated efforts to author and publish several articles in periodicals and magazines on varied subjects like Ayurveda, History, etc. In 2016, became a pivotal cause to the establishment of Sree Swami Vaidhya Gurukulam.
